Terms of Service

Conditions for using Meta advertising connections through Trona.

01

Scope and authorization

These terms apply when you use an available Meta connection in Trona and supplement your customer agreement. They do not create a new subscription, change an agreed price or replace Meta’s terms and policies.

Connect and manage only businesses, accounts, Pages and content that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the access you grant and the instructions submitted by your authorized workspace users.

02

Advertising and approval

Where enabled, Trona supports advertising through an account provided by Trona or through your own connected account. Availability depends on the release, your agreement and Meta’s permissions.

Review the creative, destination, schedule and budget before approving launch. Creating a draft or connecting an account does not by itself authorize advertising spend. Meta decides whether an advertisement is accepted and delivered; Trona does not guarantee approval, audience reach or a number of applications.

03

Costs and content

Advertising spend, service fees and payment responsibilities are governed by the offer or customer agreement shown to you. Do not approve a launch unless you accept the specified budget and payment arrangement.

You must have the rights to your content and comply with applicable law and Meta advertising rules, including the requirements for employment advertisements. Do not use data obtained from Meta for discrimination or employment eligibility decisions.

04

Stopping and disconnecting

Pause active campaigns before removing the connection. Disconnecting Trona does not automatically cancel campaigns, remove objects from Meta or revoke every permission in Meta. You can manage permissions in Meta’s own settings.

If an operation is unresolved or you cannot pause or disconnect, contact us promptly. Meta restrictions, expired permissions and third-party outages may interrupt the connection.

05

Data and contact

Our Meta Privacy Policy explains data use. The deletion instructions explain how to request removal of Meta-related data, independently of whether you can disconnect in the interface.
