Data Deletion

Email Mikalai Suzdaltsau - ms@trona.ai with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. This is a manual request process. You do not need to sign in to Trona or have an active Trona account.

• Include your contact email and, if you have one, the Trona account email and company or workspace name.
• Describe the Meta-related data or connection you want deleted. Include a Meta user or account identifier only if you know it.
• Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details or identity documents in the initial request.

We verify the request using only the information needed to prevent unauthorized deletion, identify the data and coordinate with the relevant customer where necessary. We process valid requests promptly under applicable law and Meta’s requirements.

We delete the Meta data in our control, including applicable connection credentials and related personal data, unless the law requires limited retention. We tell you when the request is completed or explain any legal reason for retaining specified records. You can ask for an update by replying to the same email.

You can also disconnect the Meta connection in Trona, where available, and remove Trona’s access in Meta’s business integration settings. Disconnecting alone is not a request to delete all historical data.

If active or unresolved campaigns prevent disconnection, ask us for help. You can still request deletion. Removing data from Trona does not delete campaigns, advertising account records or other information held independently by Meta.

If your request concerns a recruiting company’s application or candidate records, identify that company so we can direct or coordinate the request with the responsible organization. This does not prevent you from contacting us about data processed by the Trona Meta application.
