Who we are and what this covers
Trona Technologies, Inc., 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, #89049, Miami, FL 33132-2517, USA, operates Trona. Contact: Mikalai Suzdaltsau - ms@trona.ai.
This policy covers data processed through enabled Meta connections, including advertising management and results. Feature availability depends on your workspace, the release and permissions granted by Meta. It does not mean that every Meta product or permission is available.
For workspace advertising data, we act on behalf of the customer and according to its instructions. We handle account administration, access security and our legal obligations for our own service. A recruiting company remains responsible for its separate candidate privacy notice.
Data we process
Depending on the connection and the actions you request, we process:
- Meta user, business, advertising account and Page identifiers and names; authorized asset relationships; access permissions, tokens and connection status.
- Campaign and advertisement identifiers, creative content, destination links, locations, budget, schedule and other settings supplied for the requested advertising operation.
- Advertising results, such as expenditure, impressions, clicks and delivery status, for the advertising assets accessible to your workspace.
- Your Trona workspace and account identifiers, requested operations, timestamps, status and necessary diagnostic and security records.
Why we use it
We use this data to connect authorized assets, carry out the advertising actions you request, show results, check access, resolve errors and protect the service. Customer advertising data is used for that customer’s service, not another customer’s purposes.
We do not sell Meta data, use it to train general-purpose AI models or use it to decide a person’s eligibility for employment. Connecting advertising does not grant access to your personal inbox or authorize collection of unrelated Meta information.
Account and security processing is based, as applicable, on providing the agreed service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations and consent where required. You can withdraw optional authorization.
Access, sharing and security
Data is accessible to authorized workspace users and personnel who need it to deliver or support the service. We share only what is needed with Meta to carry out your instructions and with hosting or technical service providers working for us; disclosure may also be required by law.
Access tokens are stored encrypted on the server and are not displayed in the client interface. Never send us your Meta password or access token by email.
Trona is a US company and processing may involve infrastructure outside your country. Such processing is subject to applicable international transfer requirements. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your workspace.
Retention and disconnecting
We retain data only while needed for the authorized service and legitimate purposes consistent with Meta’s rules. We delete Meta data as soon as reasonably possible when you or the customer request deletion, the customer account closes, it is no longer needed, or Meta requires deletion, unless applicable law requires retention. Any required retention is limited to the data and period required by that law.
Disconnecting removes the stored connection credential when the connection can safely be closed. It does not automatically erase all historical records or delete campaigns held by Meta. Active or unresolved campaigns may need to be paused first; contact us if disconnection is blocked. A deletion request is available independently of disconnection.
Your rights and requests
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing Mikalai Suzdaltsau - ms@trona.ai. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a supervisory authority.
We may verify your authority using proportionate information and coordinate with the customer when it controls the relevant data. We respond promptly in accordance with applicable law and Meta’s requirements, and explain any legally required retention. This request route is available to everyone whose data the application processes, including people without a Trona account.
Use the deletion instructions below for the details to include. Website visitor processing is described separately in our website Privacy Policy.
