These Terms of Use govern access to trona.ai and its public pages, materials, calculator and request forms. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website is operated by Trona Technologies, Inc., 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, #89049, Miami, FL 33132-2517, USA. These Terms do not govern paid access to the Trona platform. Platform subscriptions, implementations, data processing and service levels require a separate written customer agreement.

The website is intended primarily for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

We aim to keep website content clear and current, but product descriptions, availability, examples, integrations, timelines and results are informational and may change. Illustrations and demo workflows do not promise a particular hiring result, candidate volume or business outcome.

Calculator results are transparent estimates based on the selections and pricing rules shown at that time. Unless expressly stated, estimates exclude taxes and third-party charges. Meta media budgets are paid separately to Meta and are not part of the Trona invoice.

Coupon codes are subject to eligibility, scope, validity dates and other configured conditions. Submitting a plan request is not an order, acceptance or binding offer. A service relationship begins only after Trona and the customer sign or otherwise accept a separate written agreement.

Any AI-assisted guide, automated explanation, example or recommendation on the public website is provided for general product information. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, employment, compliance or professional advice. Confirm important requirements directly with Trona.

You may use the website only for lawful evaluation and communication with Trona. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorized access, disrupt service or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Submit malicious code, automated spam, false contact details or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Scrape, copy or extract website content at scale, or use it to train a competing model or service, except where applicable law cannot be excluded.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Trona or use Trona branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

The website, software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, pricing presentation and other materials are owned by Trona or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the public website for internal business evaluation. No other license is granted.

The website links to services operated by third parties, including Calendly, LinkedIn, Meta and the separate Trona admin panel. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. Trona disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trona and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the public website. Trona’s aggregate liability relating to the website will not exceed USD 100. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that law does not allow us to limit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting each other.

We may update these Terms. The revised version applies from the date shown above. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If translations differ, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
