Current position
The public Trona website currently does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site profiling technologies. It uses one first-party language preference cookie and, when you use the AI Guide, one random conversation identifier in browser session storage. These technologies provide functions you request and are not used for advertising.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website on your browser or device. Some expire when the browser closes; persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. First-party cookies are set by the website you visit, while third-party cookies are set by another service.

AI Guide session storage
When you start an AI Guide conversation, trona.ai stores a random conversation identifier in your browser’s session storage. It contains no name, e-mail address or message content and is used only to keep messages in the same anonymous conversation. It normally lasts for the browser tab session and can be removed by clearing site data.
External services
Calendly, LinkedIn, Meta and the Trona admin panel are separate websites reached only when you follow a link. They may use their own cookies after you leave trona.ai. Those cookies are controlled by the relevant provider and described in its own policy. The public Trona website does not embed those services or allow them to set cookies merely because you view a Trona page.
Managing the cookie
You can delete or block the language cookie through your browser settings. If you delete it, the website may use your browser language the next time you open the home page, and you can always select another language manually. Blocking this cookie does not prevent access to the website.
Future non-essential cookies
If we introduce analytics, advertising or another non-essential technology, we will update this register and, where required, obtain consent before it is activated. Refusing or withdrawing consent will be as easy as accepting it and will not block basic access to the website.
